TOPACK - Indústria de Plásticos S.A. has the mission to identify and satisfy the needs of its customers/ partners, through the supply of flexible plastic packaging (bags, sleeves and films), with the option of printing, continuously improving our products through the effective management of processes, efficient use of resources and control and mitigation of environmental impacts associated with its activity in the environment.
TOPACK - Indústria de Plásticos, S.A. bases its Quality Policy on the following strategic segments:
- Customer satisfaction, one of the main and most fundamental success factors. Meeting the needs and expectations of customers/ partners is essential to achieve levels of excellence, in the sense that the products and services provided can not only meet their needs, but also exceed their own expectations, complying with the agreed requirements as well as the applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
- Involvement and satisfaction of employees in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of the company’s processes, developing their appreciation, and providing satisfaction and motivation for the performance of functions.
- Suppliers satisfaction by creating and strengthening links that generate relationships of trust and lasting that favor the development of business opportunities with interest for both parties and ensure an adequate control of delivery times.
- Profitability of the Organization is a condition and imperative factor for business sustainability. Thus, obtaining positive results that respond to the return on investments and support decision-making, enables the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement of processes is one of the key elements for the progress of the company, ensuring compliance with internal requirements, regulations and applicable laws and thus supporting the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Sustainable development the company works continuously in order to reduce the environmental impact of its activity, through an adequate management of consumption of natural resources, energy and raw materials, waste management and increasing use of recycled materials.
It is the responsibility of the Management and the various Functional Departments to take all necessary measures so that the Quality Policy is disseminated, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
