TOPACK – Indústria de Plásticos has the mission of identifying and meeting the needs of its customers/partners, through the supply of flexible plastic packaging (bags, sleeves and films), with the option of printing, continually improving our products through effective management processes and the efficient use of resources.
TOPACK – Indústria de Plásticos, S.A. bases its Quality Policy on the following strategic segments:
- Customer satisfaction, one of the main and most fundamental success factors. Meeting the needs and expectations of customers/partners is essential to achieve levels of excellence, in the sense that the products and services provided can not only satisfy their needs, but also exceed their own expectations, fulfilling the agreed requirements, as well as applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
- Involvement and satisfaction of employees in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of the company's processes, developing their appreciation, and providing satisfaction and motivation to perform their duties.
- Supplier satisfaction by creating and strengthening bonds that generate trusting and lasting relationships that favor the development of business opportunities of interest to both parties and ensure adequate control of delivery times.
- Organization profitability is a condition and imperative factor for business sustainability. Thus, obtaining positive results that respond to the return on investments and support decision-making, enables the satisfaction of all interested parties.
- Continuous improvement of processes is one of the key elements for the company's progress, ensuring compliance with applicable internal, normative, regulatory and legal requirements and thus supporting the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Sustainable development the company works continuously to reduce the environmental impact of its activity, through adequate management of the consumption of natural resources, energy and raw materials, waste management and increasing use of recycled materials.
It is the responsibility of Management and the various Functional Departments to take all necessary measures so that the Quality Policy is disseminated, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
